Priced on your operation, not on a guess.
Three tiers, shaped around how many sites and agents you run. We quote after we have seen your setup, because a single shop and a three-store group with a factory and six agents are not the same business and should not pay as if they were.
One shop doing cleaning, alterations or both, with or without an outside factory.

Every tier includes both the dry cleaning and the alterations side. You are never charged extra for the trade you have not switched on yet.
Because a published number would be wrong for most of you.
Plenty of garment-care software is priced per terminal, or by monthly order count, or by which features you are allowed to touch. Those models punish exactly the operators we built this for: multi-site businesses with busy counters and an agent network.
Not per terminal
Adding a second till at a busy counter should make your shop faster, not more expensive. Terminals are not the unit we price on.
Not per order
Volume-capped tiers mean a good month costs you money. Garmenly scales with sites and agents — things you decide to add, not things your customers do to you.
Not per feature
Both trades, tracking, SMS and reporting are in every tier. The tiers reflect the shape of your operation, not a paywall around the useful parts.
Set-up is quoted separately and honestly.
Getting a garment-care business onto new software properly takes real work: building your price list, setting bench times, configuring hardware and training staff and agents. We scope it up front so there are no surprises after you have committed.
- Data import. Customers, garment price lists and alterations operations from CSV.
- Price list build. Your items, your operations, your bench minutes and turnaround rules.
- Hardware configuration. Printers, scanners and the card terminal, tested on your own stock.
- Training. Counter, factory, machinists and agents, in your shop with your data.
- Go-live support. Hands-on through the first week, then scheduled check-ins.
What we need to quote you
Nothing painful. How many stores, kiosks and factory sites you run; roughly how many counter staff and machinists; whether you have drop-off agents now or want them; and what you are running today. Fifteen minutes on a call is usually enough.
No lock-in tricks
Your data is exportable in full at any time, not just on the way out. If Garmenly stops being the right fit, you should be able to leave with everything you brought and everything you built.
Look at what comes off the books, not just what goes on.
A subscription figure on its own tells you very little. What matters is the total once messaging, marketing and rostering are counted — because on most platforms those are separate line items, and two of them are usually somebody else’s invoice entirely.
What that actually means
Garmenly does not resell you text messages. You connect your own SMS gateway account and pay the rate you negotiated — under 4c a message for the operator above, against close to 6c on the platform they left, and more again once a message ran long.
Rosters and timesheets are part of the platform rather than a second product. For that operator it replaced a $300-a-month standalone tool, at a fraction of the cost.
So before you compare subscription figures, add the messaging bill and any HR tool to both sides. That total is what your business actually pays.
Figures shown are one multi-site operator’s actual costs in Australian dollars, at roughly 10,000 messages a month, compared against the systems that business previously paid for. Gateway rates vary by provider, volume and destination, and message length affects cost on every platform because carriers bill per 160-character segment. Your quote and your savings are worked from your own volumes.
Before you ask on the call.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because we would either have to pitch it high enough to cover the largest group, which is unfair to a single shop, or low enough for a single shop and then quietly meter you on order volume. We would rather look at your operation and quote it once, properly.
Is there a minimum contract?
We will set out the term in the quote, in plain language, before you sign anything. Anything we cannot state clearly in writing is not something we should be charging you for.
Do I pay more for the alterations side?
No. Both trades are included in every tier. Charging extra for the second trade would defeat the entire point of the product.
What about SMS costs?
Messages are sent through your own SMS gateway account, so you pay the gateway directly at their rate rather than a marked-up bundle through us. We help you get that set up during onboarding.
Do you charge per agent?
The Network tier includes the agency portal. We will discuss how your specific network is priced when we quote — but the model is designed so that adding a productive agent is obviously worth doing.
Can I see it before I get a quote?
Yes, and you should. Book a demo, bring your own price list and turnaround times, and we will run your workflow rather than a canned one.
Tell us about your setup and we will price it.
Fifteen minutes on a call, a walkthrough of the platform against your own workflow, and a written quote. No pressure and no obligation.
